management sucks and dealing with many types of people

if very fast paced working environment. management sucks, favoritism all the time. have to block annual leave one year in advanced. very difficult to get annual leave in last quarter of the year. have to work on weekends, difficult to ask for leave even when really needed for family matters. was given off on public holiday but was put as on-call if ever have overflowing of cases to attend and many more cons.

Fun but stressful + micromanaging supervisor

Worked at inpatient pharmacy in sgh. Had 3 months probation then worked as a confirmed staff. It’s not the usual 9-5 job, it’s shift based. Due to lack of manpower, sometimes we have to work 7 days a week or 13 days straight. Majority of the people there are fun and enjoyable to work with but some is just micromanaging and insensitive They are very open to you wanting to take up leadership position and will train you if you have potential. Be sure to work hard if you get accepted

Good place to work but you must a heart of compassionate

Is a good place to work but you must always have a right mindset and a passion to serve the society to last on. Workload can be heavy but is meaningful.
