Long hours and tiring

The most useful review selected by IndeedThe working hours is very long and basically all standing. Outlets are always short of manpower and require you to work overtime. A day off in a week is insufficient to recuperate from the tiredness. However, managers are fairly quite nice to work with.

经理的管理比较人性化，毕竟管理层都是从基层升上来的，比较能够理解基层的辛苦。公司文化比较接地气，但是也有不少小人喜欢打小报告和告密。
