Friendly co-workers to work with, there are also courses available for self development of employees. Job scopes are challenging but at the same time some follows the SOP. Hardest part of the job would be there are times when there will be heavy workloads and tight schedules to meet.

Data Entry/Logistic Officer (Former Employee) - Novena
A decent large organization.
Main job scope is to do verification of title deeds and spot errors.

Nothing very much to learn as it is a very mundane job.

Secondary job is to check the quantity of title deeds return from other department.

Everything is learn as you go along, learn from mistakes as not many people are free to guide or coach. Only an introduction by the department manager that take took about 15 mins.

People are generally friendly.
Pros
A big pantry.
Cons
Tight time line.

Assistant Manager (Current Employee) - Novena
Before the change in management, everyone was cordial to each other and behaves like a big family. However, following the change in senior management and the directive to be more commercialize, the whole work culture at the office has changed, everyone is getting more stressed up and the lack of clear directions makes it difficult to carry out work on a day-to-day basis.
