Generally good place to work

Stable income. But very rigid. Unable to cut down unnecessary work. Instead more work is passed up to down. But colleagues are good and often helpful in some departments.

Stable job with reasonable income, but poor work life balance

-Long work hours : 8am - 8pm (excluding 1hr before and after for gearing up as a Patrol officer).-Shift work: Day , Night, and 2 off days. (1st off day begins straight after end of night shift) -Fair and reasonable pay that compensate lack of OT pay if cases drag on. No work-life balance

Being assigned with numerous projects on a frequent basis. It takes up most of the off day hours to complete the projects. It is physically and mentally tiring to do all these additional work.
