No work life balance but good benefits. Every thing is very micro structure and have to go through lots of approvals to get things done. Systems used are getting backdated and always with lots of changes but didn't train staff. Depends on which dept, some bosses are just yes sir or yes mdm directors and you only get piled with work as they never reject even you are overloaded. Squeeze you to dry. You never get a say in your opinions. Benefits are great as staff are given $ to offset personal phone bill yearly. Staff price plans for mobile and broadband lines. Medical benefits. Performance bonus, etc

Very fast paced with tight deadlines for mobile orders. Management cascade information or processes to staff without training. Need to have high level of initiative and teamwork spirit.

No dental claims and basic salary too low for the work assigned
employment staff benefits have dropped over the years, and superior does not value service. I feel that my capabilities could make a difference in other companies which may appreciate their staff more and feel that i need a change of working environment

Singtel was a fun and loving working environment. However, i left is because lack of advancement for low rank. Salary was average and bonus was good. For better prospects and advancements might be lesser for low rank.

SingTel has been a second home to me since I stayed there for 5 years. Time flies fast in a day's job because you enjoy work. I've learned that being efficient and productive do not come from overworking so I start and end the day on time.
Job Security for foreign workers
It is a good place to work, people there are nice and enjoyable to work with. Benefits and bonuses are also good depending on your performance. Can be very rigid, a lot of red tape and processes to follow, which can be hard if you are trying to meet deadlines.
