Work as a family and management is really supporting me. Promote and salary increment. Working Roster is fantastic and Beneficial to me. If any of my friend wants work there I will definitely recommend him.

Too much internal politic in work place and also there has a lot of management staff to give instruction which is all ways has internal problems among the managers

Lousy management with short term thinking. Mgmt don't look into staff welfare and only pay lip service. Only some people rise up fast and that is also for no reason.
