Collaborative and friendly colleagues.Colleagues are willing to teach, learning curve is okay.Pace of work depends on the department you are working at.Above average benefits (not salary).

Toxic workplace

1. Very busy and stressful because of students' queries and other stuff. 2. Don't trust those overfriendly colleagues.3. Bosses sometimes do not give proper information. 4. It was fun when interacting with students only.

1. Workplace bullying at the centre in SUSS, 2. colleagues appear to be nice but not collaborative. Even they can backstab you too, 3. they will throw you under the bus and act ignorant when something bad happens, 4. Lots of fingerpointing and office politics, 5. Lack of appreciation, 6. No work-life balance. I have seen colleagues working beyond office hours and even on PHs too, 7. Some incompetent people can steal credits from hardworking folks (usually innocent ones).

Productive and competitive work place

Depending which departments you worked at. Friendly and helpful management, colleagues especially at school side. Good pay and great employment benefits.

A stable workplace

A stable workplace. Jobs needs to be re-designed to engage and ground the staff to the organisation. Promotions are very limited within some departments.

Good place to work

It is office hour job. Need to work longer hours during peak and paid for transport and over-time. Allowed to upgrade education level by taking up degree courses. It is also sponsored.

Provided opportunities to learn

Was able to learn from the rebranding of the company and was also able to participate in different tasks spanning across different areas (i.e. public relations, marketing, communications)

Friendly co-workers

A contractual part time in SUSS. Nice and beautiful environment to work in. Friendly co-workers who are willing to teach. Overall, a nice working experience.

Academically challenging

A warm environment that welcomes new ideas and challenges. An academically stimulating environment. Very friendly staff and always at hand to assist fellow colleagues

fast pace

As a temp staff of SUSS material department, I have to understand how the arrangement of shelf works so that it would be easier for me to get the right books for the students. When the books have been delivered out, I will need to replace the books. Through the work in SUSS, I have discovered my weakness that I may not be able to work under a fast pace environment. The workplace culture is regimental, and there is a pressure on you that you need to perform it right under tight supervision.

Culture diluted

as the company grow the culture will start to get diluted. the people in system also gets very comfortable with how they are treated and it stop them from speaking up for themselves.

work culture

Nice work place, comfortable, good for retirement. many benefits and good welfare, comes with AWS and VIP yearly. If work here, you get staff discount for doing your degree, no bonds.
