Nice environment and friendly colleagues
Good working environment, nice colleagues, fair staff benefits, fast paced and minor stressful. Overall is good, but the increment is very little and low pay salary.

Stable job with typical trappings of a large corporation
Senior Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) - Singapore - May 20, 2022
It's not bad if you're looking for a job to last you a whole lifetime. Don't expect any career progression in your early years, regardless of your performance. They pay very little for being the largest telco in Singapore and as compared to competitors. Overall, a safe, stable environment with the occasional stressful period.

Unfriendly colleagues and supervisors micro-managed you. The supervisor will message and call you every 2 -3 hours to check on your work.
Engineer (Former Employee) - Central Singapore - May 2, 2022
No training but expects a lot from staff. Micro-management from your supervisor. Stressful and toxic working environment. It's a BIG NO NO to work for this company. Nuts! If you are looking for a job with good promotion, please go somewhere else.

Stressful work environment
Accounts Executive (Former Employee) - Singapore - February 25, 2022
Although it is a stressful work environment, the colleagues are fine overall. It will be good that you are a fresh graduate and your age is beyond 30 years old so you have more energy to chiong in this environment

Decent place to work at, not toxic, supportive bosses
Customer Service Executive (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 3, 2022
I felt supported at the workplace and had a good time working here - a decent place to work for entry level graduates, I think. Had a good chance to take on responsibilities at work

So fun
Care Officer (Former Employee) - Singapore - February 18, 2021
A typical day at work - During a typical work week, one of my biggest tasks is checking in on my staff and assessing progress on various projects. I like to meet first thing on Mondays to discuss our priorities for the week, then meet again in the middle of the week to check progress Telecom specialists develop and implement communication networks, provide technical advice and coordinate telecommunications activities. Singapore, a cosmopolitan melting pot of cultures where east meets west, has a work culture made up of a unique mix of Asian and Western cultural influences. These cultural themes bring about unwritten cultural rules and regulations that govern the way Singaporeans act in a place the most enjoyable part of the job - fun working environment / friendly manager and staff
Pros
lunch treat by boss if achieve traget
