Company would rather lose a good employee than to fix their toxic management. If the management are going to turn a blind eye towards employees who give in their everything for a company, it will never be the lost of the employee when we choose to leave.

Pretty decent workplace

Temporary Retail Assistant (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 18, 2023

I applied to Skechers as a temp retail assistant through an agent. A typical day at work would just be us standing around, following customers around and assisting them when they need help. You also have to introduce the promotion going on at the time but this was not hard as there are usually only one at a time.I was the youngest and the only female employee. My coworkers treated me well and they help me when they see that I am struggling.Hardest part of the job is the long standing hours, which is typical for retail work. Some customers can also be a-holes as they will stay in the store for an hour or more, ask you to bring them 5+ pairs of shoes and then they will leave without buying anything ://Some shoes can also be really hard to take when you are short (like me) but my coworkers will help me.
