it was a fun place to work in terms of colleagues. but management wise it is not favorable. i think they should check the balance of employees in a certain store so that no group of people is outnumbering the others.

I have learnt a lot in Sodexo like how to become strong physically and mentally and the place had staff from multi nationalities where we felt like brothers and sisters.

*my typical day is when I rushing to beat my time deadline.*I learned how to analyzed/initiate my job more effectively and efficiently.*poor management is the main reason why most of the time we were rushing. Many bosses, what they like and disliked, dos and don'ts and if we don't met their requirements we have email complaint.*joy full and talkative most of the time, it's our way to relieve the pressure that we felt in our job.*the hardest part of my job is when I see my colleague don't play their part very well, no initiative and some of them is very lazy. Most of the time I don't take my day-off due to the event function and I work more than 14 hrs a day... yet life must go on, I view it as a challenge, it's my inspiration..*The most enjoyable part of my job is when we go together(co-worker filipino) eating our lunch in one group, laughing laud seems like we are the only people in the restaurant..
