Very slow progression. Low pay and lousy benefits

A good stepping stone for fresh grads but not worth staying long. Not advisable for people join if they are hired as Technicians Or service engineers. (HR lowball the salary part)

Simple work, too many rules

The work here is straightforward, but management is rigid(most managers, higher management are ex-military. Feels like a retirement home for them).
