Low pay and long hours
Pay increment happens once in awhile like every few years and bonus is quite little. Long working hours expected and lots of meetings back to back. be prepared

One of the nightmares I ever had
Principal Analyst (Former Employee) - Singapore - June 20, 2023
The company is cool and most people are ok to deal with, but I was unfortunately under a terrible manager and had a highly stressful life. Also noticed that different teams are not feeling that they are part of the same ship and they must work together to keep it sailing.
Pros
Free phone
Cons
Awful managers, Work location is in a deserted area

Toxic work culture
Staff (Former Employee) - Singapore - April 28, 2023
Colleagues were selfish and only look out for themselves, not helping and be inclusive to new staff at all as they treated you as a threat. Manager gave poor guidance and threatened all the time. Sarcastic remarks were common. Not appreciative even though put in effort to learn and perform well on job. Very disappointed and was the worst place to ever worked in.

None

People is good, Staff benefits is good
Marketing (Current Employee) - MacPherson - March 31, 2023
Perks and benefit is good but the management is so so, structure very messy. Always changing mind and don’t know what they want. Those who stayed there long enough are just doing bare minimum… not a place to stay if you looking for a fun and fulfilment experience

Fast pace
Finance Executive (Former Employee) - Singapore - March 17, 2023
Fast pace, a lot to learn. Expect that to have many changes. Bonus is good if you are high performer. Will expect to have many ad hoc projects to handle.

decent benefits and working hours
some of the management are nice, while the rest aren't. decent benefits such as free Telco plan and cheap internet subscription. IT and HR infrastructure is well established.

Temp job. Met lots of friends. Every fun. Admin jobs are managable. But they pay by hourly basis.

eye opening
Customer Service Officer (Former Employee) - Woodlands - February 13, 2023
really opens the eye to how customers' words can affect you but a really enjoyable and fun place to work with good colleagues. the only consequence would be that it has long hours.

it's a good place to work if you enjoy balance work life. Working hours are decent just that sometimes have to work overtime quite often. Benefits i would say is quite okay.

Great colleagues
Finance Executive (Former Employee) - Orchard - April 11, 2022
Team mates are great! As with all other big organisations, certain level of politics is present. Staff welfare and benefits are excellent, centralised working location makes it a plus point!

Good manager
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - Woodlands - March 1, 2022
Good working environment, I've worked at Indeed for two years, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. After every event, Q&A, all-hands, there's an option to leave feedback and the feedback is actually read and action is taken.
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Long hours

Well compensation. Colleagues are very helpful
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Dhoby Ghaut - February 22, 2022
Recommended as long as you are willing to put more effort and ready for the challenge. You definitely earn more money. Not much progression in this kind of line of work but dont be discouraged who knows what you can do!
