Officer - Foreign Exchange Client Service in Singapore
on June 20, 2018
Client orientated company
Various for departments but CS for FX trade support didn't really have the best culture but yet again the learning curve is steep and bosses demands proactive-ness in your role. If you like Finance, IT and client servicing, then this is the right job for you. if not, stick it to the bread and butter finance roles. Please note that pay is ok but bonuses isn't as good.

Not recommended
Not recommended. Managers reward those who work slow and stay late, not those who are efficient. Very high turnover rate

Productive and fun
Staff benefits are great, good workplace culture with many events such as Krav maga, tiramisu making workshop, paintball event, easter hunt etc. Learnt a lot about how a custodian bank works. Management is superb. All concerns raised to management was well handled and attended to.

Not a big fan
A place with little to no advancement opportunities for fresh starters. People around are conservative in nature and not very keen to teach. Re-organization also took a toll on many employees in State Street before i left.
