First, I must make the point that I worked in retail for Swatch. I was the one making and closing potential sales. Retail jobs can be boring. However, I never found that to be the case. The store and company is constantly changing in order to provide such a positive and fun experience not only for the employees but also for the customers. With this being said, I believe that management was not as knowledgeable as they could be in terms of employee management and employee advancement. Like any company, there will always be room for improvement.

Ανθρώπινο εργασιακό περιβάλλον,καλές αποδοχές καθώς ο μισθός ήταν πάνω από τον βασικό και παρείχαν και ιδιωτική ασφάλιση!πολύ καλό εργασιακό κλίμα τόσο με το προσωπικό όσο και με τους ανώτερους μας.

Σαν πωλήτρια στην Swatch έχω τις χειρότερες εντυπώσεις από την ψυχολογική πίεση που δέχτηκα για τους λίγους μήνες που έμεινα εκεί. Προσπαθείς να τα προλάβεις όλα,σου κάνουν παρατηρήσεις συνεχώς και είσαι αναγκασμένη να μην μιλάς γιατί αν το κάνεις θα σε εκβιάσουν για απόλυση. Δεν προτείνω αυτή την εταιρεία σε κανέναν.

Credo sia la ditta più orrenda e disumana dove io abbia lavorato. Le "responsabili" sono delle vipere. La gente non può andare in bagno,c'è stato un periodo che in un reparto c'erano almeno 10 persone a casa per depressione. Ed è vero. Non andate mai.

L'azienda è seria e ben strutturata, con forte orientamento al rispetto delle gerarchie e dell'anzianità, con un approccio interpersonale amichevole anche verso i neoassunti.Della mia esperienza ho molti buoni ricordi, uniche pecche che posso imputare sono la scarsa comunicazione interna e le possibilità di carriera nel retail, considerata la tendenza di assunzione dall'esterno invece di favorire le crescite interne.

Great place but few progression opportunities

Good work place overall but little opportunity to progress. Swiss HQ need to approve and over see everything so little room for autonomy. Some managers are fantastic while others need to learn how to manage people.
