Under paid job in Singapore

Top management staff nothing to stress,everyday mark attendance will do.Sit in meetings to pass time as long hours needed to show you are good..long meeting and time wasted

I was worked there 10 years. all the stuff ware very good for me like my family member's. We all time worked together. i was worked with others countries people(thailand,malaysia,chaina,japan,meanmar,india).

Takenaka is a very good company.there are many people are working in n Takenaka. Thailand,India,mayanmer, malaysia, chaina Monthly 2 times selary pay.all managers & supervisor are friendly talking.so the can do very easy.

Good work culture, one of the few contractors that has a 5 day-week. Trust between Japanese boss and employee. The most enjoyable part of working in Takenaka is the completion of Changi Airport Terminal 4.

- Takenaka corporation was a Japanese and oldest company in the world. Our big boss was very supportive to all their staffs in any means. They give good packages as bonus every yr. Most of them, are very honest human being as i encountered the when i practiced my career. They have the tradition that every staff must to have a welcome party and probably they like to treat us when we accomplish some advance duration works.

Daily tasks for every sub-cons should be directed to them. But for myself, I need to be ready to give an instant solution whenever there are need to be make a decision from discrepancies between construction drawings and the site condition. Learned to manage best solution from every problems that were been experienced Excellent treatment from management is everywhere in this company Seniors are very supportive in terms of decision making. The higher management would rid the hard part of the job as there are very supportive and hands-n site. And fully attentive whatever difficulties on the work takes place. Most enjoyable part is when I've given a chance to be a part of one of the icon here in Singapore.
