Nice benefits but toxic environment

Toxic colleagues toxic management. Not able to rest well. Schedule and workload is causing burnout. But the benefits are good! Very fast paced. Seniors expect too much from newbies. Then they gossip around. So that explains the toxic environment.

Slow career progession and advancement

Although it is Singapore's busiest hospital, the work there is made better with cooperative and fun colleagues. Pay increments were desirable as well. However, promotion and career development is very very slow, as compared to other hospitals.

Management very important

As a higher management person must know how to handle your staffs by not just listen blindly to those staff you like and also to fight what's good for the staff under you, not to do whatever that can praise your superior.
