Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Employee Reviews

It is a good resource to give learning opportunities, but the salary is pretty low compared to the job market medium rate. The least attractive part is that it takes a long way to get promoted and need to be in the team whereby your supervisor is stationed in Singapore then you will have a better job prospect.

Very hectic Office hours. and there is no work life balance. so basically you will not get time for your family. Company policy can give you all the Work life balance benefits, but if your reporting boss is not allowing you then you will not get it for you.

Work culture is hectic and mostly working hours are around 14-15 hours. The most enjoyable part of the job is the little coffee break with friends, that makes the day progress well.
