So for good to work there but flatter atmosphere. By telling you are responsible and accoutable forbthe development in your working zone but not fact, can not do anything without permission from your leader. No stable salary and deduction happen without your concer.

A good place to work but company policies need to be transparent

A good place if you are in a good project. But the company policies are not at all transparent. I am part of Tech Mahindra EU as a local hire, but all the policies are aligned towards guys who come to EU from India as on-site. The hiring HR was super confused and didn't know all about variable and other benefits because most of the HRs are from India and have no idea about local culture in EU.Overall, the culture should be improved if they want to hire more locals.

Avoid

Provisioning takes weeks, unable to perform job duties after being there a month due to lack of security. Language barriers. Too many projects and no organization. Very high turn over. OVERWORKED!

It is a good place, but witout billing it would be difficult. Billing is must. Rest of the things like work environment, facilities, canteen, transport are all good.

Great for opportunities to learn. Compensation is lacking.

Avenues for learning is high. Opportunity to grow is there for those who seek. Do not expect high pay scales . It is competitive if the skill set is valuable.

Enjoyed working in Tech Mahindra. Got chance to work in different domains . No WFH and do not expect much salary increase after joining. But good company to work with.

Good Org. to work with

Apart from salary other facility are good. You will get good technical exposure and to work with cutting edge technology. Management supports good and honest resources and awards them in timely manner. The key thing don't involve in manager politics and do your work with much honesty and take the full control of project.

We were able to manage our project without over management

Great place to work. Managers are given the freedom to manage their work without interference. Benefits were great and enjoyed working with the staff and team.

Good for freshers to begin their career

Bonus payout policy is good, you get your variable pay every month. Holidays are only 22 days per annum. Salary is less and annual hikes are not good.

Good organization to work in

Tech Mahindra is a good company to work in and plan a career. Being a large organization there are always opportunities available for associates. The peer group is exceptional. The values that the company stands for really allow employees to grow into thorough professionals. The only con is on the salary side. At the end of the day everyone has families to support and recognition alone cannot put food on the plate.

Ok to Start Career

1. Career growth is Limited. 2. Perks are poor. 3. Salary Increment is also poor. 4. Lot of extra work has to be done apart from assigned project's responsibilities.

Ok to work

Ok to work for short period but cannot think of career growth as options are very limited. Risk factor is high if on bench. -Senior management lacks leadership skills.

Good Campus and employee benefits

Though not ideal, but this campus will give you access to most benefits u can expect at workplace. Work wise, your skills are not utilized for 60% of employees, lethargic top management in terms of work, HR process is pathetic.

Good Place to work for short term . One of the pros of this company is that the whole salary ( fixed + variable ) is paid out to the associate every month .

Highly Unethical Company,Unstable

Highly Unethical Company , no employee is safe and may loose his job any time ,so better to avoid TechM. No value for efforts no appreciation , no compensation hike. For TechM employees are not asset

Company is good if you are looking to retire here

Company management is ok, but not very supportive in some cases. Variable pay payment is a big issue, it is not given properly in the salary. Company will delay this pay as long as possible and put them in arrears. If you are not a good performer you can be axed very soon. But there are also some good managers and management teams who are really good and have seen that they are very well able to manage project team as well as client's expectations.Good

-More like an outsourcing company that only handle your payroll & -administrative work. -No bonus practice -large office

Learning experience

Everybody really enjoy working there as every individual has a space to work with their own style and be creative. Salary paid is not up to market standards
