Joined as a fresher but no career progression. After 1 year promise to increase salary but nothing. Have been working from home but most of the time did nothing. Project manager don’t bother about staff.

Work in the company but keep your expectations low in terms of salary hike. Also if you think you are not good at coding. There is lot of oppurtunities to work in testing/support
