People are very nice and welcoming. Issues arise everyday due to the nature of the job, so not many rest days if there are major issues. Everyday is mostly the same.

The team of managers and directors are not competent resulting in a poor leadership in the local site management in Singapore. Managers are not well mentored and the company forced old senior staffs to leave the company by placing them into uncomfortable position. The company is not functioning well with a lot of quality issues but the leadership is not looking into resolving it but keep pushing production KPI. This, resulting high waste and poor quality. Leadership only blame the staffs for this and not trying to find out true root cause and doesn’t listen. So the retention rate is very Low. High number of positions are filled up with foreigners where these positions can be filled up by local Singaporean. As such there is “foreigners politics” in this company.In conclusion Tetra Pak is a robust company but have a poor team of management and a bad working culture in the local site in Singapore.

Got good support to do ITIL expert certification and I got an opportunity to work in an important project to implement ITIL in our service delivery areas. A tired and stress working environment

At the working place i working is totally everyday busy with work and very tired . Everything i learn is only related to mostly warehousing skill and coordination . Computer skill is consider normal . Relationship with worker is normal, hardest part of the job is long working hours and the most enjoyable part of the job is everyday got different kind of funny thing happen on shipment vsl and i need to handle them based on my years of experience which is kind of quite challenging. Actually hope to find for better job opportunties.
