Lunch/dinner provided. Brief introductions of the managers in charge before deployed to stations/events. Sequence of event and what needed to be done is always being brief before main eveny start. For new staffs, a senior will be attached to them to guide and teach them. Fast paced work. Safety is always the 1st priority.

Im happy to be are out part in hoteline management
Bellman (Former Employee) - Raffles - December 26, 2019
I expect the job responsibilities to include: helping guests check in and out, I will be answering the phones and helping guests with any queries or problems they have. As it's a front-of-house position, the receptionist is the first-point-of-contact for anyone visiting the hotel so they need to be at their best at all times.

Supervisor (Former Employee) - Singapore - October 23, 2017
Great hotel and convenient to where we had to be for work. Easy access and the taxis all know where it is. Pretty pricey even for Singapore standards with all the modern day comforts as long as you're willing to pay for it. Overall it was a great hotel.
Great place to work.

Productive & lot of knowledge to gain
F&B Industrial Trainee (Former Employee) - Singapore - September 15, 2017
Its a 5 Star hotel so I guess I dont have much to say because everywhere around the world 5 star services is the same with high standards. It is situated in the heart of Singapore near to the biggest largest hotel of Singapore Marina Bay Sands. Especially when you will be sitting in courtyard the live music is very soothing. I prefer to stay in Fullerton Hotel if ever in future will go for visit.
