I learned how to provide quality service to guests by following service protocols. Colleagues were very helpful in showing me the standard of service that was required of me. I improved my interpersonal skills and became more empathetic towards people that I meet.

Held various roles during the almost 10 years of service. From part timer to full time supervisor, assistant manager and department head role.

Had to leave as i have started to wear headscarf and it is not allowed in the hotel.
