My server job at the company was good in all aspects from job security to benefits. However, I left because my pay then was stagnant for two years. However, it was increased four months after I left the job.

Pros

Free meals at cafeteria, midnight transportation, overtime hours.

Cons

Salary was on the low end.

Internship training ground

I think overall company culture and people were ok. Was a former employee who left more than 10 years ago so hopefully the culture and management improved. Rank and profile employees received lower wage while manager pay were above average for hospitality industry. Great training ground for graduates.
