Good to work with the best minds. Great place to learn and grow. The people are highly motivated to explore new tech and keep themselves updated. Pair programming sucks though.

Extremely terrible work life balance

No regard for work-life balance.Working hours are 12+ hours on an average.Unrealistic workload.Meetings on every Saturday despite it being a holiday.Salary is bare minimum.

good place to learn stuffs

a lot of learning opportunities working on the latest technologies good people flat hierarchy But right now it is in a phase of transformation due to high scaling.

Simple awesome and magical.

Lot of opportunity to grow in various technologies and domain. Company is completely employee focused. Free food, complete freedom and full ownership. All air travels from grads to senior leadership. No hierarchy I worked, paired, argued, fought partied with folks who are double my age and 15-20yrs more experienced than me. Simply awesome! only problem you need to be really good at what you do to get hired.

Fun workplace and a competitive work environment

Perfect balance of work and fun. Being a hard worker is a nice to have but being a smart worker is a must have. Highly competitive work environment. Expected to be always willing to learn and develop using new technologies. Contribution to open source source projects is always supported. Customer is god but we should know when to push back and how to scope requirements, even as developers. Everyone is encouraged to pitch in ideas or suggestions in every facet of project delivery and not just stick to their role.

Amazing workplace filled with smart fun-loving people

ThoughtWorks is a great place to work if you are passionate about bringing big changes in how software development is done. There software development practices are some of the best in the industry. Great place to start your career if you want to get exposed to best practices from day 1. But being a services company, you may not always be posted in a team where you like the work. But the company always encourages to ask for a shift if you are interested in something else.

Fun place to work with smart people

Laid back work culture with fun environment, however pay is much lower than other companies.This is an ideal place to join for a fresh grad out of college

*People are highly talented. *No Hierarchy. *Unlimited lunch, juice, tea/coffee and snacks *Fasting learning. *Full support from seniors. *Work with enjoyment.
