Good place loosing it's charm
Business Analyst (Former Employee) - Pune, Maharashtra - March 10, 2019
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedIt was an enlightening experience after working at a highly hierarchical firm. But it was also more complicated to find the right people/processes to find the answers to career advancement.

not a place for Sr folks
lead (Current Employee) - Pune, Maharashtra - July 29, 2018
its a decent company for young grads /freshers ; anyone sr, can stay away. All the great culture of openness and tech savvy attitude is fast diminishing in last few years; as lot of key tech leads have left.
there are lot of things which make it an ordinary company(the list keeps on growing). i.e 'loud mouth' is a good 'tool' to use to get good opportunities and blessings of the management (without this you are zero) and management means just 2-3 people in each office (5 offices in India) ..
If you ask /find out how much money is spent on 'operations' you will laugh !!! it is insane; the people in 'internal operations' carry fancy titles like 'head of innovation' 'head of capabilities' ' head of workspaces' .. 'head of almost anything' ... and all these people make sure they appear extremly busy in meetings and calls :) - so typical of any other 'top heavy' organization ..
just an example; few years back the 'heads' decided to purchase a floor (office space) based on a 'expected/potential' contract with a giant firm - before getting that account they put money to secure the space .. then lost the contract and now had to keep the space (money wasted) which is 1/2 empty for years !! which company does that !!
sr / experienced people should stay away .. frustration is a given to any experienced person who joins..
Pros
free food, new macs to each new joiner
Cons
all that i mentioned below, in addition zero or very limited onsite opportunities (u need to literally beg the 'office heads', else they always have their fav folks )

Amazing people with monster skill sets
Developer Consultant (Former Employee) - Pune, MH - January 18, 2016
Having worked in ThoughtWorks India for 3 years right off of college, I can, in retrospect, claim that it was one of the best places to start my career. The people are extremely supportive, helpful and drive you to better yourself as a developer and a person. The company marries the goals of delivering quality software and trying to make the better place. The management is really approachable and all interactions are open. What makes this company stand out is essentially it's people. They are bright, driven and really care about software. They are great mentors. Would love to work with them again in the future.
Pros
Free lunch, unlimited sick leave, Ping Pong tables
