Managed to help and align policy and rules with the government policy as well as company international standard. Create a culture of friendship. Increase sales productivity by looking on each individuals KPI's, monitor staff sick leave and turn over. Monitor fast moving items, customer orders and request and look into customer service standard of each team embers. Managed to developed staff and prepare to the next level.

Fun and enjoyable workplace

Provide professional knowledge on jewelry and generate leads. Create business presentations, closes deal and negotiates the conditions in order to generate income for the company. Possessed a strong assertive and competitive drive at work. Worked independently and maintain a fast pace in the work place. Apply knowledge of trends and principles to staff and customers.
