If you beg and are pretty or mixed race woman you'll get great pay, training and advancement.

Management is all over the place and inconsistent. They're just working day by day and are not on the same page. It's true that Tiffany is revamping but they're slow at doing so. Not a green company at all, wasteful and stagnant. If you're new, watch out they're afraid of competition. They won't teach you much but expect you to dominate. Raise, what raise? They will hire below and above their own team in order to have a look in the store. They do try to sell you on a family environment but it's a location full of people who have been around for a decade or more who are not easily adapting to change. Overall you can make a lot of money when they do allow you to talk to clients outside of your Customer service window.

Poor management. Aged team with a lot of knowledge but selfish ways.

Great company, horrible management

This is a wonderful company that offers great benefits and compensation. That is off set by very bad low and mid level managers who promote their favorites and are poorly trained in employee interactions.

Good Benefits, Toxic Work Environment

I wish I could say the company lived up to it's reputation as a luxury retail environment. The benefits were good but working here will make you miserable if you can't leave everything at the office at the end of the day. Management does not know how to encourage or motivate staff...no backbone or idea on how to handle below average workers makes for a pretty toxic work environment.
