Work / life balance can be achieved in this company depending on the projects you are into. Workplace culture is fine. The hardest part of the job is being assigned to an isolated island (Jurong Island)

Enjoyed working and a lot of thing to learned

Need to visit site at all places. Learned about install and dismantling heavy lifting cranes. Management are very supportive. My co-workers are helpful. If an accident need to stayed back late night. Most enjoyable,when heavy lifting job is successful done.
