Productive and Fun Workplace

I love the colleagues and work culture. Care for the people well being and their development. The company organise CSR activities, provide CSR leave, give a Birthday day off, a Birthday celebration, provides L&D opportunities.

A typical workday at training vision is to start planning the day ahead and with meetings, monitoring marketing campaigns, making improvements to campaigns and working as a team.

Productive and a fun workplace to work at

A beautiful and fulfilling place to work as the staff and very friendly and caring, we work as a family.The most enjoyable part of my job when I am able to impart my knowledge and experience to all my learners especially the Merdeka, Senior and the Pioneer citizens.

Traditional company

The company's progress is impressive (from someone who has not joined the company) but the culture remains traditional. Attrition reached 40% at one point. Leadership is an issue.

The management and culture is great. The job pushes you to step outside your comfort zone to reach out to Singaporeans, which helps the team to grow and develop.

Family oriented organization

The most enjoyable part of the job are, it's a family oriented organization with colleagues helping each other. Although it does not offer good staff benefits but it have good colleagues. However, the hardest part of the job or worst is the CEO is a dreamer and always make losses for the organization and the Finance Director is unreasonable with regards to people who are not directly under her team. It's worst when husband and wife is the important personnel in the organization. CEO = husband Finance Director = wife Lastly, this organization do not have the habit for maintaining a healthy reserve.

A lot of processes keep on changing

No ERP system for years despite we were told already presented to top mgmt. Many staff at various depts as a result need to work OT a lot. Apprisal changed by top mgmt without approval both sides

Productive,Energetic and full of humour

A typical day would start at 9am with my first class which ends at 12pm, followed by the second class which commences at 2pm and ends at 5pm and finally the last session for that day would be from 7pm to 10pm. All my classes would be filled with energy. humour and participants would leaave the class having achieved their objectives for that day waiting to attend their next session. A lovely bunch of participants to work with. I am extremely delighted to have made thousands of them happy and having them achieved their goals.

A place where your potential is realized

I would say the working culture is pretty good because they are always giving chances if there's anything not done properly. Seldom would there be warning letters given. A company tolerates mistakes and encouraged to do better.
