Fun workplace

Learnt how to dealt with difficult customers regarding demanding orders. Workplace culture are fun and easy as all the girls there are almost the same age so communications skills is not a problem.

Bad management

One of the worst company i worked with. No safety, no SOP, majority of food handlers aren't certified. Terrible management.Work keeps getting tougher as the amount of work load keeps increasing. Will increase the amount of products and will introduce new products but will not increase manpower or your pay.Double standard runs in this company.Even when you are done with work for the day, you can't enjoy a break at the office because someone will be looking at you through the CCTV and will contact the manager asking why you are not doing your job. Extreme micro managing. And currently front by someone who obviously can't run the company while the owner/boss is back in India.

Productive and fun workplace

- Teach new comer if there is any. - Freshly baked cupcakes, manage the team. - Management so far so good. - The hardest part of the job: have to make sure everyone in the same pace, gain product knowledge and decorate the cupcakes in the right way. - The most enjoyable part of this job will be: met and make a lot of new friends, fun and loving place, on the same time get your job done.
