I've worked with Unilever across categories and different locations - there are plenty of internal movements possible. I love the culture and the search for purpose. On the cons side, it is a heavily processual company.

Productive with agile working

Demanding hours and there is no clear KPIs for the job. Advancement was a political topic and it wasnt dependent clearly on performance. If you're looking for a real marketing job, this is not the place to do it. You'll be learning more on stakeholder management.

A place with well-balanced attributes
