The supervisors there were all quite friendly as long as you bonded with them as well as the manager but the assistant managers would make your life harder if they felt like it especially if you were a student

horrible to work in, the company changes do much since I joined 5 years ago, from a caring, fair and structural company to a blackhole that is illogical to work in the current state.

Very fun & always have something new to learn

Very stressful & long working hours. Management also very bad in plotting in shifts, always hiring & laying off other workers shifts. & also, due to feeling drained, many have resigned.

Decent workplace

Expectations are quite high and it can get really busy and stressful. Might also have to OT up to one hour on certain days. Supervisors and colleagues are nice and pay is decent

Fun but management team needs to be better

Working is pretty fun just that the management team is not really good especially when they only know how to ask you to do things but they themselves dont do it. They will also keep asking you to work more and start making things up that are not even in the contract before. Other than that its ok to work for the money.

part time pay doesnt do justice with large workload, flexi hours most of the time but they will ask to come earlier a lot of the times and go home later than expected

Used to be better

It used to be a very supportive workplace where the top management really cared about the employees. But in the past few years the top management had changed a few times and no longer took care of the employees as much as they did before. Career progression can be good if you are the outgoing type and are good at “showing” what you are doing.

You are expected to learn everything super fast. Most seniors are kind and patient.. And it definitely gets confusing sometimes when you are not familiar with the layout and customer expect you to know everything.
