Organisational culture? Messy. They re-structure constantly due to corporate politics, and to create more redundant upper management roles. This has become a permanent culture in the organisation when upper management hired from foreign banks started to bring their friends or loyal subordinates over to fill dubious roles to form their own enclaves.

Adherence to the prevailing MOM or Government guidelines are very strict. Those roles that do not need to be in office, will be working in home by default per currently guidelines. In Phase 2 - Only Essential staff including customer facing, selected operations like branch, operations and production support. Any return back to office requires justification and approval from dept head.In Phase 3 - Although less stringent, most are still working from home and give the choice to work from homeIn Phase 2 HA - pretty much similar to Phase 2A. In preparation for post COVID period, HR has endorse a policy to allow staff to work from home for 2 days a week where the role allows for it. This policy is currently suspended due to the government guidelines.
