Comfortable work place but not for career growth

Low Productive, deploys the wrong person to the position. Inexperienced management even though they work over donkey's yr. The turnover rate is very high but management is still feeling good. Flexible Job Role, Poor on job training and you need to find the solution to solve the problem by-self but the superior was not appreciated, they wanted to micro-monitor every task. Low annual paid adjustment and no career growth prospect for everyone unless the superior likes you so much and promotes without any reason. Unprofessional dressing code.

Messy organization hierarchy level, no convenient for lunch

Relaxed work environment, great culture if not for the office politics. MNC with localised management.

Poor management, director who micromanage lower level staffs, imcompetent managers leading the team.Learning curve is pretty flat.Endless meetings without fruitful outcome. Time wasted on useless discussions.

Office politics. Stagnant learning curve.

Fairly well place to work in

Nice working environment and good colleagues relationship. Learned more PC acknowledge. Colleagues are helpful if any problems occur. The hardest part of the job is most of the requests are urgently to be done all come at once.

First job with good oppourtunity and good experience

From my first assignment in my first job as customer service engineer that responsible on treatment plant operation, i gain valuable experience in the water treatment industry. And subsequencely I was transfer to project department to familiar with project execution and engineering design. Then, I was assigned as process engineer whose responsibility is to develop treatment solution with associated costing. The work was hactic and intense but i do gain a good basis to begin my career in the industry across all the business activities.
