HR can work on transparency

HR is not transparent in their selection process of conversion of contract staff to full-time. Waits till less than one week to update before the contract ends. When asked for the reason, HR asks back contract staff to guess.

Worked as a contractor in Visa, with nice and helpful managers, supporting staff and colleagues, short contract duration which gets extended every three months or so if there is a requirement else one month of notice period to move out.
