Quite Productive at workplace
The workload can be quite tedious when it comes to handle enquiries from various government agencies regarding on claims and invoices. Workload balance among colleagues can be frustrating.

Management do not know your work load. They only receive feedback from one source, which is Asst Director. Bias review and feedback. After that, use their comments and condemn the staff performance. Work based on relationships and not on own's capability. Expect staff to work long hours.
