En Chile no se aplica la cultura mundial del grupo Wurth

El grupo Wurth es un lugar muy lindo para trabajar, posee una cultura muy potente.En Wurth Chile no se adopta la cultura del grupo Wurth, no se agradece a las personas por el tiempo trabajado, no se valora el esfuerzo, no se consideran las opiniones ni la experiencia, no se respeta la autonomía de los departamentos. Podría ser un mejor lugar para trabajar si la gerencia cambiara su actitud.

Ambiente stimolante per chi vuole lavorare e mettersi in gioco. Nulla viene regalato. Possibilità di crescita professionale. Lavoro che può soddisfare esigenze per chi deve intraprendere una nuova esperienza, sia per chi esperienza ne ha e cerca un’azienda dove trovare innovazione.

Bonne société avec ses points forts et points faibles, normal.Supers gammes de produits. Job très sympa même si un peu à l'ancienne. Environnement collègues au top! Parfaite cohésion avec l'équipe et l'entreprise cultive ça.Manger trop autoritaire, dommage mais ça, c'est une question de personne et pas de l'entreprise. Sinon, allez-y!

Stress e poca professionalità

Formazione non adeguata alla miriade di prodotti a catalogo, responsabili (con poche eccezioni) assolutamente non all’altezza, stipendio basso e cultura aziendale troppo incentrata sui numeri e poco sulla qualità del lavoro.

Ambiente di lavoro dapprima stimolante poi si va un pò "ad addormentarsi" e se non hai responsabili all'altezza la fine è quella di andarsene.Purtroppo, per esperienza personale, posso dire che il management è di scarsissimo spessore e talvolta viene da chiedersi come "fanno a stare lì, sembrano buttati a caso.Fare il venditore da dipendente è da evitare.

Over demanding for the Salary

20 customer contacts a day. Random journey plan. Targets based on 10% of customers giving 90% of business.Required to work from 8am to 5.30, being at your first customer by 8am and not leaving the last till 5.30. All iPad monitored and controlled. Team meetings called for 8am starts with a 3hr drive to get there. No overnight stays allowed.

Trabaje en area comercial, empresa no da oportunidad de desarrollo profesional, en regiones mucho menos. Exigen cumplir rutas de venta asignadas y no pagan bencina dentro de la ciudad

Poor excuse of a company with no direction

They make big plans and never see them through, put price increases in almost daily.Managers are a boys club, so any complaints will be swept under the carpet or ignored. HR is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard, pay is woefully behond the rest of the market. Avoid at all costs!

Würth ist ein toller Arbeitgeber. Solange man bereit ist, mehr zu arbeiten als vereinbart. Die Bezahlung ist anständig und die Aufstiegschancen durchaus vorhanden.

Per chi si avvicina a questa professione, parliamo sicuramente di un azienda leader, che ti mette a disposizione tutto il necessario per lavorare bene.Dal management di zona, alle risorse umane, mi sono interfecciato sempre con persone intelligenti che fanno il loro lavoro con passione e sanno ascoltareParliamo di un azienda che vuole eccellere e con una visione futuristica, orientata al futuro e che quindi chiede davvero tanto ai suoi dipendenti. Non adatto ai deboli di cuore
