Work load is ok. Management is ok. Colleagues are ok. Basically nothing to complain about as long as you do you work well and keep up to progress. Increment depends on PD.

Friendly leadership to lead the team

Wee Hur is good for new/fresh graduate. Working environmental could be batter. Need to consider a friendly leader to lead the team. staff appraisal would be conducted, and the appraisal outcome to be communicate to relevant person for their improvement.

Challenging office environment

Customer Relations Officer (Former Employee) - Sengkang - March 14, 2018

It is fun to work with the people there. All were cooperative and able to help each other. However the role was just a contract full time. Liaising with HDB officers and contractors to carry out works in the owner's home. There are demanding residents' but with the work of the teammates and management, all are resolved in a mannerly way.

Typical work daily time I Learned to coordinate drawings, learned how to coordinate structural drawings, I learned how to keep your aces and learned how to approach different people. Hardest part of the job are when sub contractor is not follow the coordinated drawings approve by consultant. Most enjoyable was our annual dinner and annual bonuses
