As was deputed at client culture was good, did not actually work with their in house project, so unsure about the proper management style. However at client place had wonderful colleagues and good expose.
Overall Safe and Good Place of work for Women. If you wanted a work life balance, then i recommend to go for Wipro as there will be lot of people to rotate shifts. No need to extend much of working hours.

It is Excellent and good to work in Wipro and give new opportunities also.
Also working onsite is really great experience, Only HR side you wont get any help if you have any concern. All depend on MGMT,
Delayed job advancement despite promises.
Promotion isn't dependent on how well you do your work but rather if you know irrelevant information about the company like wipro's president's name, which has absolutely nothing to donwith your job
Employees are well taken cared of in terms of medical benifits and compensation but in the long run careers is not fully secured. Employee under vendor has a very small chance to become a permanent staff and the career ladder can be stagnant. .
I joined as fresher and wipro was supporting it's employees. Policy changes resulted in unhappiness. Gives high chance to work in different areas. Woking with wipro gave me chance to work for bigger clients which gave good exposure to my career
Good Work Life balance.
Good place to work with opportunities spanning across the globe and excellent training facility for developing technical, domain and
Lacking motivation for employees in regards to remuneration.
