Challenging & tough environment for career growth
Global Major Incident Management- Citigroup (Current Employee) - Singapore - September 1, 2015
Unfriendly career movement practices & non market standard monetary benefits. Concentrate more on theoretically proven practices, which may not be practically efficient. Unnecessary day to day operation guidelines.

Team Leader (Current Employee) - Singapore, S00 - October 7, 2013
It's normally a busy day out with client responses and investigations. I have learnt a lot of things like for example MS Office-Excel short cuts. The Management is very friendly so as my co-workers. The hardest part of my Job would be people management and as we have a lot of fun at work we enjoy working.
Pros
Incentives on productivity
