Too many political issue. The secretaries are rude and bossy worst than the lawyer. The manager shows favouritism. The Admins practically become their beck n call. Retrieve files and run errand. The secretaries are too lazy expect the admin to do stuffs for them Practically a worst place to work in. The upper management should go around asking the well doing of the junior staffs.

New to the legal industry. Colleagues are helpful and friendly. Training was provided for you to cope with the work. Company also organised activities like movie night, National Day celebration. Happy with the working environment.

Good colleagues, bad leaders

Depending on departments, most gets to leave work on time except for a particular understaffed department. A normal day of work consist of some scoldings and lots of multitasking and time management. As mentioned, depending on departments and position, expect to skip lunch at times. Acquired abundance amount of knowledge in relation to a specific area of law due to heavy workflow. Management is somewhat negligible, the office assign you work based on your knowledge and a rotation system. At my department, workplace culture is TOXIC. No rooms for errors. Higher up speaks in a condescending way towards junior at times. Hardest part of the job was never the workload nor handling difficult clientele. Hardest part of the job is to deal with random mood swings of the higher echelon and their belittle ways of speaking to you. The most enjoyable part of this job is when the "leaders" leave on time and you have your peace to finish the work at your comfortable pace at the expense of your personal time.

IT savvy company

I'm in this company for more than 10 years and I see a lot of improvement from day 1. They have good in-house system which help in work flow. Staff in the company are friendly too.
