YSQ International Pte Ltd
YSQ International Pte Ltd Employee Review
Do not waste your time, the best decision is not to accept their offer in the beginning.
Senior Executive (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 19, 2022
Offer given seemingly above the market rate just to offset the poor welfare and the pathetic increment, you will realize it is just plus and minus to get the same or slightly higher amount you could earn in a year. This company has my eyesight opened, never encountered a company with such exceptional turnover rate. Watching the speed of current staff left and new people jump into the abyss will motivate you to leave ASAP, because you don't know when you will get dismissed without any reason. No appreciation and no recognition to personal efforts. They exercise their insanity by doing the same hire-and-fire thing over and over and expecting a different result. Terrible increment was the best motivation to leave, returns significantly below expectations though the performance significantly above expectations. Ask for the highest salary before you want to experience an unbelievable working life in ysq. If you are a sole breadwinner, do not take the risk to jump into the dumpster just for higher pay, especially a company with mean management. Once you have completed everything for them, your value is no longer exist and your shelf life comes to the end, you are disposable asset for them.
Pros
No credibility so no advice needed. Deception is not a motivation. What goes around comes around.
Cons
Do not trust the increment and bonus they promised after confirmation, they have no integrity but treat the talents in such replaceable, expendable and cheapo ways.

Owner just does what he wants
Engineer (Former Employee) - Singapore - June 12, 2022
Management just bends to whatever the owner's current whims are. No growth, no management support, no security. If the man at the top dislikes you for any reason, you are out within the hour.

Fun workplace
Part-time Waitress at Starker (Former Employee) - Katong - January 23, 2019
I learnt how to better improve my social and people skills. The most enjoyable part of the job was having a great team to work with. The hardest part of the job was having to deal with great crowds but with a few colleagues.
Pros
Amazing lunch & dinner
Cons
Understaffed
