When u step in the office...the smells is bad...dirty and dusty environment. Not much Benefits. Once joined is confirmed staff...but resign u need few mths to tender. Leave entitlement no good. Boss gossip type.

do not join, company has bad culture and you are bonded for 3 years. low pay and expect you to work for 3 person job. no benefits, increament is only $50

Fun Worplace

As long as working in zagro singapore, besides having a lot of friends, I have a passion for my work and have worked for more than 5 years, I can also work overtime (OT), to support production line.

Pros

Free shirt/pants and safety shoes, drink and food (Biscuit)

Normal hour

Great working experience but poor management

Despite having no education on background, I learned and gain experience to exhibition planning and marketing material, premiums etc. I enjoyed working with multi-nationality colleagues. The management needs to improve to have the mindset on an mnc level.

Your job description doesn't really fit on what you are doing on a daily basis but more of an ad-hoc duties that usually not related to what you have applied for in the first place. You are bond to work for 3 years without incentives and or salary increase.
