Low salary paying yet high demanding company
Staff (Former Employee) - Singapore - November 14, 2019
Unwilling to pay high and yet expect 1 person to multi task a 2 person's job. Company do not appreciate staff who are willing to work hard. Instead, they rather pay a higher rate to new recruits who join the company later and those who joined at least 1 year prior remained at low rates. Foreign staffs are always overworked due to lack of manpower. No increment nor career advancement opportunities. Company do not protect their staff's rights. It is always the staff's fault when there's feedback from customers which are untrue or exaggerated.

Productive since only few people are working but of course very tir
Assistant Restaurant Manager( Store In Charge) (Former Employee) - Singapore - May 12, 2017
Working abroad is an experience very far from working in the Philippines. Since I am working in a fast food restaurant in place where no locals would like to acquire this kind of job most of the time it is us Filipino's the bosses are depending. Working with Long hours and with little manpower on your side is no problem as Long as your bosses would know how to appreciate all your hard works and efforts for the job you are in especially knowing how we Filipinos dedicate ourselves and all that we can to be able to finish or for the job to be accomplished.
Pros
Salary is high if converted to peso
Cons
Super Long Hours of work. Employer too racists.
