Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role located in Singapore. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a variety of internal and external events held across Tin Box Group's venues. Key tasks include managing event logistics, communicating with clients and vendors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring events align with the company's brand standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, supervision of on-site staff, and the ability to solve problems in real time to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Event coordination and planning, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management.
- Budget management and financial acumen to oversee budgets and optimise resources.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges and ensure smooth event execution.
- Knowledge of the entertainment and hospitality sectors is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
