Job Description

  • Oversee the construction of mechanical systems, including ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, etc.
  • Monitor the installation of electrical systems, distribution networks, and power management infrastructure
  • Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Work closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all construction activities and system performance
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions
  • Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns and support organizational needs

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance and operation
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment issues
  • Familiarity with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in maintaining detailed technical documentation and maintenance records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work on a 26 months contract
  • Working location will be at RWS, Sentosa
  • 5.5 days work week
