Job Duties:

  • Issue admin paperwork such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Statement of Accounts, Payment Vouchers and other relevant documents
  • Assist to handle enquiries via phone call, email and WhatsApp
  • Submission of worker and vehicle list / licenses to venue owners / clients
  • Update and maintain Accounts Receivable and Account Payables
  • Prepare monthly payment to suppliers
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management
  • Maintain and update jobs / appointments in the calendar
  • Arrange / coordinate / make booking with supplier on ad-hoc transport and logistics bookings for events
  • Basic HR duties: petty cash, calculation of workers OT and payroll

Requirements:

  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Possess good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to details
  • 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day)
  • Able to correspond with Chinese speaking associates and employees
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field
