Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Team in daily operations and coordination.
- Manage RFQ enquiries and route to Project Managers for quotation preparation.
- Assist in preparing quotations and ensuring timely submission to customers.
- Create job numbers, process PO/WO, and maintain proper sales documentation.
- Track and follow up on sales activities to ensure smooth workflow and updates.
- Support general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with XERO accounting system will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
