Job Summary

Sky Blue Aircon Engineering Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Air Conditioning Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will carry out air conditioning servicing, troubleshooting, repairs and chemical cleaning at residential and commercial locations across Singapore. You will also communicate directly with customers, explain air conditioning problems clearly and recommend suitable solutions based on the condition of their systems.

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, dependable, customer-friendly and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general air conditioning servicing and maintenance
• Perform chemical washing and chemical overhauls for fan coil units and outdoor condenser units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning faults, including cooling issues, water leakage, unusual noises and electrical problems
• Repair or replace faulty air conditioning parts when required
• Check gas pressure and carry out gas top-ups when necessary
• Inspect air conditioning systems and recommend suitable servicing or repair solutions to customers
• Explain technical issues, proposed work and service recommendations clearly to customers
• Conduct site surveys and advise customers on air conditioning installation requirements
• Ensure all work is completed safely, properly and according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness at the customer’s premises before leaving the site
• Complete daily job reports and submit regular updates to the direct manager
• Take proper care of company vehicles, tools, equipment and assigned materials
• Handle urgent repair requests and customer concerns professionally
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Relevant experience in air conditioning servicing, troubleshooting and repair
• Strong knowledge of residential split-unit air conditioning systems
• Experience performing chemical washes and chemical overhauls
• Able to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence
• Able to drive a company vehicle to different job locations across Singapore
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including carrying tools, climbing ladders and working in confined areas
• Customer-friendly, patient and professional
• Able to communicate in basic spoken and written English
• Able to use WhatsApp and simple mobile applications for job reporting
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and follow the company’s work procedures
• General handyman or technical repair experience will be an advantage

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
