Responsibilities:
- Rotate through key functions to understand the full client advisory and business process
- Work closely and shadow senior mentors
- Analyse market trends and client needs to make informed recommendations
- Support the development of strategic growth initiatives and client engagement plans
- Manage small projects or client portfolios under guidance
- Participate in professional training programmes, certification courses, and leadership workshops
